In Depth Study

In this phase the existing systems and procedures are studied by business analysts in detail to get the complete understanding of user requirements. Interviews are held with concerned departments and key persons in the client organization to gather their views about the possible improvements. At the end of this exercise both T-Soft and the client are clear about deliverables.

Architecture & Overall Design

After the in-depth study is completed, we proceed with development of the system to be followed. Working prototypes and end product simulations are prepared and verified by the client. In this process the tools and technologies to be used are also identified.

Discussion & Finalization

Our findings, conclusions and suggestions are discussed with such persons as may be nominated by the client. Their feedback is incorporated in the final system. On one hand this ensures that the detailed development work (the next phase) will be in the right direction and on the other hand it gives a sense of participation to key officials in the client organization. Detailed Development Incremental Approach
